Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A: We are professional two way communication manufacturer, with 12,000㎡ factory and independence R&D team, we offer OEM and ODM service.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 3-5 days if the radios are in stock. Or it is 15-20 days if the radios are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

A: Yes, but we offer the sample for charge and do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

Common problems in the use of radio

Q: No power?
A: The battery has been exhausted. Replace or recharge it;  The battery is installed incorrectly. Remove it and install again
 
Q: The operating time becomes short, even the battery is fully charged?
A: Replace the battery.
 
Q: Unable to communicate with the transceivers of the same group?
A: Confirm if the CTCSS/DCS is the same; The distance is out of range.
 
Q: The voice of another group can be heard?
A: Change all QT/DQT of the group.

Care and cleaning

Q: How to care the device?

A: To guarantee optimal performance as well as a long service life of the radio, please follow the tips below.

    Do not puncture or scratch the radio with hard objects.

    Do not place the radio in corrosive agents, solutions or water.

    Do not handle the radio by its antenna or external microphone directly.

    When not in use, keep the accessory jacks covered with the protective caps.

Q: How to cleaning the device?

A: Power off the product, and remove the battery before cleaning.

    Clean up the dust and fine particles on the product parts with a clean and dry lint-free cloth or a brush regularly.

    Use a non-woven fabric with neutral cleanser to clean the keys, control knobs, and shell after long-time use.

    Do not use chemical preparations such as stain removers, alcohol, sprays or oil preparations.

    Make sure the product is completely dry before use.
